1. Students must understand that they are embarking on a journey of Gurmat Vidhiya. Therefore, they must abide by all rules and etiquette set by their Ustaads.
2. Students will greet their ustaad and other Gursikhs with 'Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh'
3. Before any class, students must do matha tek to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji
4. If students miss a class, it is their responsibility to inform the ustaad and to contact the ustaad catch up with the missed lesson.
5. If a student misses a total of 3 lessons in a term without valid reason, they will be issued a first warning.
6. If a student misses a total of 5 lessons in a term without a valid reason, Sikh Inspiration are within their right to expel that student for the term.
7. All students must complete any homework or abhiaas in advance of each lesson. If a student is deemed to not be keeping up with practise, Sikh Inspiration are within their right to expel that student for the remainder of the term.
8. After each term, students must pass their end of term examinations to progress onto the next section of their curriculum.
9. Students are prohibited from any use of alcohol, tobacco or any other intoxicants at any time. If any student is found to being partaking in any of the above, they will be immediately expelled from the academy.

The below terms and conditions apply to all classes, camps and events , including transportation to and from events by volunteers of Sikh Inspiration and The Sikh Temple.

1. Assumption of Risk: Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept that participation in events organized by Sikh Inspiration may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, medical complications, or property damage.

2. Release of Liability: By enrolling in any Sikh Inspiration event, participants and their legal guardians release Sikh Inspiration and The Sikh Temple Leeds, its organizers, volunteers, staff, and affiliates, in the absence of negligence, from any and all liability for injuries, medical complications, death or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in the event activities.

3. Parental Responsibility: Legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically and mentally fit to participate in the event. They also agree to provide any necessary medical information and emergency contact details.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or medical emergency, Sikh Inspiration volunteers reserves the right to provide necessary medical treatment to participants, including but not limited to administering first aid, seeking medical attention from healthcare professionals, and transporting participants to medical facilities as deemed necessary.

5. Supervision and Safety: Sikh Inspiration will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and supervision of participants during activities. However, participants and their legal guardians acknowledge that accidents and unforeseen events may occur despite these efforts.

6. Behavioral Expectations: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is safe, respectful, and conducive to the well-being of themselves and others. Sikh Inspiration/The Sikh Temple reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe, without refund or liability.

7. Photography and Media: Sikh Inspiration/The Sikh Temple may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional or documentation purposes. Participants and their legal guardians consent to the use of such media for these purposes, without compensation or further authorization.

8. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. Sikh Inspiration/The Sikh Temple is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Changes to Schedule or Program: Sikh Inspiration/The Sikh Temple reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or program content without prior notice. Such changes will be made in the best interest of the participants and the overall success of the camp.

10. Acceptance of Terms: Enrollment in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by participants and their legal guardians.
