The academy welcomes students of all ages over the age of 8, regardless of prior knowledge or ability.
Students will be taught in various areas of Gurmat Vidhiya including Gurbani Santheia, Gatka, Maharaj di Seva and hand to hand combat
Thursdays:
Gurbani Santheia 6:00pm-7:00pm
Gatka Akhara 7:00pm-8:00pm
Sundays:
Gurbani Santheia 12:00pm-1:30pm
Muay Thai Classes are every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm at a discounted rate for academy members of £4 a session.
You will be put into a group of students who are the of a similar age and ability. The classes will follow a regimented curriculum which students will be given upon joining.
