Fees
1. The full cost of the camp is £40.
2. There is an early bird discount of £35 that ends July 21st and a discount for campers aged 16-21 of £25 which will increase to £30 after July 21st.
3. Refunds are granted at the discretion of the Sevadars on a case by case basis and may not always be possible.
4. We do not want cost to be a reason for campers not attending. If you would like to attend the camp but are having difficulty with the camp fees, please contact Sikh Inspiration and 13sikhiclass@gmail.com
Camp Information
1. To attend the trip, campers must attend all 4 days of the camp unless previously agreed with one of the Sikh Inspiration sevadars. This does not apply to parents accompanying their children.
2. The camp will run from 9am-4pm. Campers are expected to arrive before 9am for the start of the camp.
3. The camp will be located at The Sikh Temple. All campers must abide by the rules of the Gurdwara at all times with respect to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
4. Campers must dress suitably in a way that is respectful to the Gurdwara. Campers may be refused entry if their clothes are deemed not to be in accordance with Gurdwara rules.
5. Campers must agree to respect fellow campers and sevadars at all time.
6. There is a zero tolerance policy for any alcohol, cigarettes, vapes or intoxicants on the premise. This also applies to those under the influence of these substances.
7. If a camper has any medical issues, this should be flagged to the group leader.
8. Any camper or sevadar found to be in breach of any of these rules can be dismissed from the camp.
9. Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the final day trip.
